What is print ready?

Artwork must be 300dpi or higher and CMYK. Preferred file formats: *.psd (Photoshop), *.ai (Illustrator), *.eps (Illustrator and other vector artwork software), *.jpg, *pdf

What are ceramic chips?

Ceramic poker chips are not made out of a real ceramic material or porcelain, but are made of a high density polymer composite material which mimics the feel and sound of actual ceramic. The material used has the ability to accept high resolution full color graphics which are printed directly to the chip material.

Alignment

When you flip over a chip, the image may or may not be right side up.  This is mandatory for a custom coin, but not necessary for a poker chip.  There’s an additional 7 cent charge per chip if you’d like your order aligned.  Most clients do not request this service, but it’s completely up to you.  If interested, please note in the special instructions block when you place your order.

How long will the chips take?

Chips take 14 days or less plus delivery to you, priority mail.  Due to the high volume of orders, there are no rush services available at this time.
